Sorry, I am no expert, I think I meant an S2 facelift/galvanised, identified by three and not four front turret suspension bolts.

So is yours Galvanised yes by being a S2 facelift?

Van's car is quite nice, in fact I almost bid on it when Van bought it but being mates (well sort of) we came to an agreement. It had been restored before Van bought it and after seeing it close up I would say it has been done reasonably well. Nothing that a bit of care and attention to the details would not put right.

If you want a tidy P4 you will have to look long and hard to find a much better one

Not sure what your all on about with 3 or 4 bolts, mine has 4 bolts and no rust and one of the last with no CAT so the best engine with 135 BHP, if anyone wants one of these they should do some home work first

Van, I am really considering yours, but to be completely ignorant I don't know the differences between S1 & S2, let alone the P4. All I really want is one like my first ones in me early 20's, minus the rust and electrical problems of course, so please explain ( think they were both something like B & C regs)

North, past Yorkshire and keep going, the only saving grace with Van is that he lives in Geordie land and doesn't pop South too often ;)

Don't tell him but it actually is a nice car :)
