It was good while it lasted - managed 6 runs before a coolant hose split, resulting in plumes of steam and a call to the AA. Got a temp fix and limped home licking my wounds.......however, I had managed 176 on the previous run and that was taking the early exit (the one we used for on your marks), though as you built your confidence, they encouraged you to use the entire length and take the exit at the very end. If I had had the time, I believe 180 was achievable!!
There were some crazy cars there, a Qashqai with 1500 bhp (managed 207), a One:One running on ethanol and an AMG running on 109 ron race fuel!!!! crazy! I will post some video over the weekend, once I've had a chance to review and download - MB

Unlucky mate, 176 is good really, me I prefer cornering fast rather than straight line speed :D

Funnily enough, you run the same course as we did in the summer, as you work your way back to the start line; this time without cones, lorries and queues - fantatsic fun as you race the other guy back.....hehe!
On the day, the GTS was neck and neck with the M5/6 V10 and was quicker than the stock M4 - plus it was one of the best sounding machines, as commented on by the VMAX organisers.
