As a member of AROC I would say yes, there is a far more understanding bunch of folk in this club who understand what being an Alfisti is, the magazine every month is worth the membership alone and with a 33 you need to have the contacts the club would bring trying make sourcing parts easier than farting in the bath.

I have been a member for years and it's not old men with beards. Through AROC I have made some great friends and had some fantastic times, come to think of it even met the wife through AROC. It s like everything you get out what you put in. If you try to value you against magazines, forums and cheap insurance your missing the point. You need to get out to the events talk to the people and you might find some of them are very similar to you.

I like forums but I also like to meet the people behind the avatars and strange names. Try it you never know you might enjoy it.

Ive been a payed up AROC member since the early 1970's.....I must admit in those 40 years or so there's been a fair share of muppets trying to empire build! and Its still going on.....

But so what,Its all about the fun you have and people you meet along the way

No, you cant see AROC forum if you have not payed full stop, still a member as the funds help sort events

Ah ok, well I tried one last time over there, (Alfa Owners Forum), I think it's square peg in round hole syndrome? They just seem to be on a totally different planet to me. I find that just scanning through their posts leaves me feeling uncomfortable and sometimes a bit angry. I don't understand their humour one little bit, and I think that their attitudes on a number of posts leave much to be desired.
