Goodwood Breakfast Club 6 October - FREE 8am to Noon (7.30am convoy from Haslemere)

Hi All,

I will be going to Goodwood Breakfast Club on 6 October for "Italian Sunday".

The event is free and I am quite sure that you do not need tickets: http://www.goodwood.co.uk/breakfast-club/breakfast-club.aspx

You do not need to have an Italian car to attend.

There are likely to be a few Lambo's there to celebrate it's 50th anniversary: http://www.goodwood.co.uk/breakfast-club/whats-on/events/bc-oct.aspx

However, you can pre-register and given that we drive Maserati's some of us may well be given a spot on the track! (I guess especially those with rarer Masser's - Ghibli I and II, Shamal, Karif, Asseto Corsa's, MC Victory, etc) which would be pretty cool and make for good photos.

If a few of us go, we can arrange to meet (probably near the bacon butty stand).

I hope to get there by 8am and stay till whenever I get tired! Be good to see some of you there.

Here's the list, please add yourself

1. Rossyl
2. Big Steve
3. npaskin (to confirm from other thread)
4. AdamN
5. Matt (Conaero)
6. Neil
7. Dem (wedding permitting)

Cheers
R

Put me down too. How about a convoy from Haslemere through the back roads.

This is one I'd love to be at, depending on travel plans. The nipper & his mum go to China for 2 months in sept/oct to meet the grandparents & family, so was thinking of becoming a Spyder-bound nomad and working from a suitcase for a while...will try to be there.

Hi Rossyl; thanks for co-ordinating. 6 October is also VSCC Sports and Classics racing at Castle Coombe, which I didn't know when I posted earlier - I may be going to that, depends if some friends are also going, so I will try to let you know asap. Leave me on the list for now as to confirm.

I'd love to go but 8am?

After a busy Saturday night?

What time would everyone be aiming to get there?

Questions?

I would suggest that we meet in Haslemere at 8:30am for our convoy, and get there for 9am.

I am actually happy to get there for 8am. The earlier we go the clearer the roads!

However, if anyone's car is chosen to be displayed on the Track, I don't know what time they'd need to get there.

Also keep in mind that it is done by 12 noon.

I would suggest an 8am arrival if you want to get parked in the courtyard which really is worth it...

We are planning to go to this, have registered, the earlier you get there the better - hopefully will not be quite as busy as the supercar Sunday.
Will probably go to the kennels after for a drink maybe lunch.
