I currently have a twin room which is fine but the 2 people I have lined up are re-thinking due to cost, this is a bucket list event not to miss so they are still thinking

my question is if they do pull out what will the cost be and would it be OK to keep the twin room

Your reserved Twin Room is reserved for you, unless you decide to let it go..!! You say 2 other people, so that's 3 of you in a twin room, is that right..?? From memory the price for the twin & double are the same, if you check back you will find the figures, or I can bump it forward..!!

OK Chaps,
We are booked in at the: Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia4* www.hotelviaemilia.it Modena, 1/2 mile from the centre of town and I believe on a bus route.

The dates booked are: 18th. 19th. 20th. SEPTEMBER 2014, INCLUSIVE

We have 1 x Double Rooms, Buffet Breakfast, Wifi and Underground CCTV covered Garage for each car at a rate of: Euro 98.00 per day. Singles if required will be at: Euro 89.00 per day including parking. If you are a single passenger and do not require parking it will be: Euro 80.00 per day.

30 rooms are reserved in total. I now need for you all to confirm if you need a double, twin or a single room, so that I can confirm this with the hotel.

So we are off. If there are any other members who require accomodation not already listed, please let me know now and I will attempt to find accomodation for you.

A deposit will be required of 30% of the total stay - 1 month before we depart, NO DEPOSIT NO ROOM..!!

On behalf of the members who want to attend, I personally have committed my plastic to cover no shows, so if you let me down I will come looking for you..!!

no its will be me + one other - currently plan is my nephew will join me but he has a masters engineering exam in September (not sure when) so I have a friend who will step in but due to cost he may pull out.

Hi Dem, I'm hoping we can set out from the Goodwood revival on Sunday 14th, spend the week arsing about in many countries on the way down, taking in as many thrilling roads as possible to arrive destination Thursday/Friday enjoy the weekend then a blast back Monday/Tuesday dropping you home late 23rd Sept 2014 Should be ok for going into work on the Wednesday so you should only need 7 days off work (assuming a Monday-Friday contract).

Jeanette has confirmed she will not be flying out to meet us because of our son's wedding just over a week later!

I have made a seperate section as you did not slot in to the others, unless you want to claim our last room at the same rate we have got, (see further back in thread) and let the room you have booked go..?? Or you could hang on to it just in case..??
