QP has been returned unto me, and the braking is good :)

Right - assuming the final numbers for the track are 20, going by the list above, I need people to agree to the cost before I finally say yes.

We will have the track 1800-2030 on Friday, shared with 33 French guys.
Every driver needs to attend a safety briefing.
There will be full marshaling (8 around the track), and an ambulance with 2 paramedics at the track.
There will be a professional video company there (and at the museums and the joint meal with the French forum on Saturday) to record it all in HD - each paying car will receive 2 DVDs (PAL & HD1080) of the whole weekend, once it's edited.
Cars will be on the track in groups of 12 for 10 minute sessions - each group will contain 6 UK and 6 French cars, so there will be no arguments over long and short sessions! 10 minutes is as long as any of the cars will sensibly last, with standard road brakes. In fact, I won't be surprised if many people find their brakes have disappeared long before that time is up...
The French lads will be eating at the track after the event, we are going to jump in the cars and eat in the central Piazza in Modena. Their meal would appear to be pizza and chips, and is costing them more than our spiffing meal. A win for us, I feel...

Total price for this is 105€ per car, or £85.

Now - we need to have a decision on yes/no in 24 hours please...

There is a possibility of retaining the Saturday session, but we appear to have been side-stepped by a load of Chinese chaps who will be driving F430s. Now, we can still have that session, but the cost will be 180€ per car, and we get to share it with some Chinese lads in unfamiliar cars. Not personally keen...

So based on that, we get 3 x 10 minute track time each car and a video of the Friday & Saturday events / meals, for £85 each car, does that sound about right..??

That's about the size of it, yes.

We were hoping to have it below £50, but there aren't enough cars going between the two forums to do that. The French lads are paying for the DVDs on top of their track time at an additional 55€. We aren't....
