Thanks Miles, I'll get something like that printed off.

I havent yet recieved my tickets from Silverstone - am I right in assuming the information above in Drews post will all come with the tickets?

Hi Woody, the tickets are on their way. I've had a notification from Seetickets this morning, so should be with you in the next day or two.

I don't know if the tickets will include the sheets that Drew posted, so it might be work printing them out.

Drew,
Any chance the forms you have posted can be put in on a PDF file, a lot easier to print off..??
Cheers

Robert - drag them into Word and then print them. That way you won't lost the first few characters of every line.

Just received an email informing me that my Silverstone Classic tickets have been dispatched. Including my infield pass for the car that I no longer own. :)

You could maybe pass that on easily to one of the chaps who was late getting a ticket, although the numbers wouod be different so that might not be possible, have a look when it arrives..??

I've had infield passes for my Hawk for the past five years. Problem is that in previous years, the windscreen sticker has had the car's registration number very clearly and prominently displayed, I'd be perfectly happy to post it off to the first person who PMs me through here. Though, any attempt to use it will be at their own risk, guvnor and nothing to do with me.

Wasn't there an ability to change details e.g. reg No. post the cut-off date to buy the passes?

EDIT: Well I guess if it has the reg. number on it and it's already been sent out, the deadline for any changes may well have passed as well. No harm in someone asking though if it helps to get someone else on track for the parade.

However...................and I think that I posted this before. Although I think that it would be more difficult to get in on another car's pass on Friday, when it is quite quiet, I reckon that on the other two days it could be possible.

Saturday and Sunday mornings, around 9-9:30am at the exhibitors' gate can get pretty busy. Cars are streaming in by the dozens. They are directed by the marshals through only one entrance gate with half a dozen scrutineers checking tickets and passes. They then allow you in and thence over the the bridge at Bridge.

Now, having had passes for a few years now, if I were to try to get in with another car's infield pass - which of course I certainly would not do - I'd conveniently 'forget' to stick the pass on my car's windscreen and when challenged I would whip it out and wave it about waftily, at the same time apologising for being such a dozy get and promising to stick it in the correct place once I've gotten to the Maserati stand.

Not that I'm suggesting that this strategy would work, mind you.

I think it would work - what Marshall is going to refuse a Maserati entrance to the infield, on the 100th anniversary weekend, when the driver is waving an infield pass? And obviously, it says 'Maserati' on it... just that you 'forgot' you were changing the registration plates when the tickets were ordered... Probably...

I've just remembered something. In previous years, I've always got three day passes for Silverstone. This year, due to holidays, I only requested a Friday pass. I'll check when it arrives to see whether there are restrictions.

Does the email say there's an infeild pass? mine doesn't? I had a code... hope I get one?
