Great weekend as ever, I whimped out early doors back at the hotel as I couldn't handle the noise in the bar, just one of those things, if there had have been a quieter corner I would have stuck with it but I was getting overloaded. Anyway I got home, changed a load of blown lightbulbs in the house, changed the oil and filter on the Alfa; found the cause of the oil leak when cold was actually the old filter! seems the seam leaked like a sieve till warmed up! The resurfaced the front disks and changed the pads so all good to go for another 10,00 miles...

How the **** do you end up with a *load* of blown light bulbs? I can't handle one for more than about 20 minutes ;)

Just my luck really Chris, I suppose they are all the same age but three bulbs each in four units I changed 7 bulbs on this occasion... Used LED candle type this time so we will see if they do any better.

Evening all, I have now finally surfaced after an afternoon hugging the sofa, just had a curry and considering a beer.

Just had a text from those two Indian nutters, they're at it again!

Anyway, thank you for all the kind words over the weekend, makes all the Agro worth while to see everyone all smiling and getting on.

Got back about six after nice pub lunch with John and Nancy, Mrs has reported all to Mexico via Skype whilst I snooze on the bed. Now I'm wide awake and settling down for a movie.
My next drink will be on the AeroMexico 787 to megacity one on Thursday ...

What a great weekend! Massive thanks to Matt for organising, I doubt we all appreciate just how much hard work it is. I ache all over from laughing, bruising and whiplash injuries from the karting (nobody was more surprised than me that I won!) and a headache from suffering Benny's outputs. I'm delighted that for once I wasn't the last man standing and proud that neither myself nor Mrs MAF were refused more alcohol or ejected from any premises!

Just accept you are a legend.

As for on it again, was back in Northamptonshire and was cooking lunch at 11am this morning, after the full English at 8.15am in the hotel. Few glasses of red with lunch. Can't see the problem, but I think my liver decided to emigrate this evening.

As always, I am having lots of flashbacks and just find myself giggling. Thanks to all for your company and looking forward to catching up sooner rather than later.

MAF - let me know when you want that manicure.

well iv just got home as we went into london after leaving the hotel.

massive thanks to matt for organising everything, everything went very smoothly, i have to say that arriving at ace cafe for them to tell me the whole event has been cancelled was certainly a bit of a heart stopper for a couple of minutes thinking i have driven here and its all been cancelled ! aha

my 3200 managed to get there and back and sit in hours of traffic through london today, so that was a bonus, not even an engine light in sight!

absolutely knackered now, was great meeting who i did, there was many unfamiliar faces at the meal who i never got a chance to speak to, but judging by the alcohol people were consuming they probably wouldnt of remembered :p but those who i did get a chance to speak to was simply great and had lots of interesting chats during the whole day (several people iv never seen post on the forum! so you guys (and girls) better get more involved on the site ;)) just wish i could remember who people were / names etc a bit more, but im pretty hopeless at that !

the vegetarian food the restaurant served me was very good, and we thought the hotel was very nice !

Matt, thanks for another cracking Christmas Party! Great to see many familiar faces and new faces as well.

We have just finished hosting a drinks party, which started at 3pm. It has almost killed me!

To bed and fingers crossed my liver regenerates quickly!
