After much deliberation and ball ache I have managed to get the Carfest North stuff sorted. It takes place at Oulton Park near Chester on the first weekend in August, 2-4th. We have a pitch for 7 Sports Maserati Forum cars, 14 of us, which costs £540 all in. We get 14 tickets for each day, which if we say cars are free and split the cost, tickets cost £13 per person, per day. If you wish to stay for 3 days, £39 per person and so forth. This includes a Gazebo to keep our lager cool and one camping pitch which I'm having as I'm sorting it out! Other camping pitches can be booked for £25 per night.
Carfest haven't told me that we can't swap cars over so we can aim to do that so long as it's no more than 7 per day. I went last year, as a few of us did, it's a great event, good vibe and there's a couple of decent bands (Deacon Blue & Ocean Colour Scene) as well as a load of bilge too.
I plan on heading down Friday til Sunday, staying over 2 nights and probably home Sunday evening.
First come, first served, please write on here rather than pm'ing me as others may have similar queries. I'd need payments up front and the days you wish to go so I don't end up forking out and not getting the money back in. There were quite a few takers last time this was mentioned so be quick
