Agree re speed Phil but OP reports this at stationary..........so maybe little things like unmatched tyres or unbalanced wheels can cause a shudder when stationary but I've not heard of it?

Tires are 1 year old, but they are in perfect condition, they haven't been driven much. Bought them as a set of 4 - brand new. The only difference is that I put 245s on the front, instead of 235s. If they were old, for sure the problem will be smaller, as on sliperry surface the wheels are not shaking, but I don't think they are causing this.

About the other things - the first time they just checked the parts (rack, hose, pump - everything has been stripped down and carefully inspected. The second time we just have taken the same parts from a different car and put them to mine. Both time without any result.

Suspension has been checked several months ago and every faulty part has been replaced. They have checked it again now though, but nothing again.

This really seems like a nightmare.

Well, i have put 1cm wider tires both on the front and the rear, because with the original sizes the edges of the rims are sticking too much and with a little wider tires they look just as they should. However, the car, that we used for a temporary donor, has the same size front tires, but it hasn't got this problem.

I will definately make a video in the following days.

Have you tried swapping the front wheels with the other vehicle ?

See if it clears the fault on your vehicle and see how your tyres affect the other vehicle.

I take it there is no significant play in the wheel bearings and the wheel bolts are tight and at the correct torque settings.

i would not worry about the wider tyres, i am wondering about your subframe mountings? have you checked the sub frame attachment bolts are all tight? There are several jobs that require the front subframe removed and if the bolts were not torqued right the subframe might be able to move. am i right your car was accident damaged too? its possible the subframe and chassis are not true and the bolts dont go all the way home leaving a gap and allowing the subframe to vibrate? its possible a bit off the wall as a possible but you are running out of places to look!
