Looks good aswell mate :)

Afternoon all, productive morning, quick trip to Infinity to sort out my wonky exhaust, they now be making me a crossflow manifold for her in a couple of weeks time :) Then a trip to clevedon to see me 33 mate, and a quick tour of the Alfaholics workshop ;)

Spot of lunch then car cleaning for tomorrow morning :)

Morning all,

Probably just made the single most noticeable improvement to the Alfa so far by putting a brand new Goodyear on the off side rear; the old one was sawtoothed at best and earlier this week whilst in Newcastle I noticed the inner band had gone completely. I got to the tyre shop this morning on canvas and counted 4-plys worn through at the worst point! Not a proud moment but thankful my trusted tyre guy could get one in on a Saturday for me and that he opens on a Sunday! £74 fitted & balanced is not too frightening either...

My fronts were well worn on the inside last year.

Morning all, brilliant morning down at the Avenue this morn, absolutely packed :) Home for rest of day sat in front of the BTCC :)

Back to earth with a bump after another great weekend. Should have the 156 back by the end of the week, 33 has been fantastic as a daily driver, except when i be tired :)

Well, my best laid plans to get the subframe and exhaust back in didn't happen!

Got frogmarched to Ikea on Saturday and then on Sunday I have to build it all, bummer!

Anybody here know a good, but inexpensive machine polisher??

Apparently Aldi are selling one for 14.99 at the mo

Don't know if it is good mind, but there stuff ain't bad normally

Nik the polishers are all much the same its the heads and compound coupled with technique that yields the results.

I bought a cheap one off ebay think it was a Silverline. I got a 3M head and used 3M ultra fina and voila, stunning result.

The cheap heads and compounds just create hologramming which is a total b'stard to get rid of.

Thanks Matt, my knowledge about detailing is almost completely zero, but i need to revive the paintwork on the red one, it's going pink down one side :(
