Matt i feel your pain if its proper full on flu, next year have the jab, its excellent at keeping the worst symptoms at bay, we have to have it for work because we work with vulnerable adults, well worth having

Evening all, all healthy in the Muppet world, I've lost 5lb since before December and even got out on my mountain bike last night

Haven't had a proper cold / flue for about 3 years since I started flying regularly- all that recycled air must increase the effectiveness of your immune system!

Watching Kelly's new car get a bumper scratch repaired, after some T/(t in the Weston super Mare Aldi car park decided it would be OK to reverse into hers and bugger off

Ok it's only a very small scratch but why are people so damned dishonest. If I did it I would leave a note

Annoying - she's only had it for 4 weeks
