I haven't a clue what I did to get the golfers elbow.......certainly NOT golfing lol!

The sciatica is an old 'friend' all started off this time by my lovely new dyson, yes the very one I was so excited about lol! Then greatly aggravated by sitting in a horrid chair for a one day course - love and fear in supervision, excellent course and another half day sat on an equally rotten chair for a team away day....well ya did ask
