It's failed!! Bloody good job i have the body shop already booked, just need to change me plans with them. Need the rear sills doing and a new petrol tank.

Morning from cold and blustery Iceland....no whales spotted yet but have seen seals sea eagles icelandic falcons eider ducks and numerous other birds.....

Well i have the 33 back, me and me alfa specialist think the mot place is being a bit harsh, its not alot at all :(

Missed morning again (where do they keep going???) so, Afternoon everyone.

So its Friday again, and that means another weekend handling freezing cold spanners in the garage......heaven :) :) :)

Last few bits on the Maserati, replace the front hub due to ABS sensor failure, get the old one off as the new one comes on Monday, easy job at least. Then I want to take my front upper and lower wishbone to chassis bolts out, grease them and inspect the arms for cracks.

Then Wednesday, the front bumper comes back from the paint shop, its my day off so I am hopeful that I can get it refitted in one day seeing as I know how it comes off now. I will re cut all the threads on the stubborn bolt so I am hopeful but it was an absolute pig to get off. Oh, and refit the new hub.

2 new tyres and an MOT then she will be ready for Spring and Summer fun :)

So by this time next weekend, I should be able to get the Spider on the ramp finally and start to pull the engine.

Morning all, my 33 does not like this cold, running like a pig this morn! :( Ah well body shop for her today :)

Wed eve hopefully, rushing them a bit! Those sills i got off you are coming in handy! ;) I thought if you mot'd a car early the previous mot is still valid, went to tax her tonight the dvla are telling doesn't have a valid mot!! :( Even though it runs out on the 26th

Morning guys back from my adventure sooooooo tired, was a full on week, something happening every day, loads of snow, seals, birds, ducks, beautiful, rare white beaked dolphins , wonderful food and hotel , Mark Carwardine, author , photograoher and wildlife expert, two amazing guides, our own transport , saw northern lights three times standing outside hotel the most breathtaking scenery imaginable, but sadly and disappointingly , no Orcas, they were there but evaded our quest to spot them....we did see a fin but that was it......I wil definetely go back one day, amazing country.

Morning Tess, morning all.

Still busy fixing Italian cars, was about the get the GS off the ramp to get the Spider on when I noticed this which has put me right back, been working weekends and evenings on her:
