Put me down as a maybe.

I'm in Belgium the day before, and that maybe the day when I'm getting a new exhaust fitted to the Maser.

If you look at your keyboard, either end there's a bigger key with an arrow on it.... ;)

Loads of them! :p

Shall I rephrase the comment? How did your quoted message mostly turn to lower case, along with my post, and why on attempting to edit my post couldn't I change it to upper case?

Even louder Mark?!

Not really. The job which was done when my cats failed, wasn't the best. The replacement cats were positioned in a place that has meant they are hitting the tarmac on less than flat roads.
The net result is that the cats are now 'bashed' and I have a 'Slow Down' light flashing on the dash, permanently.

When I had a local exhaust specialist look at it, and they weren't impressed and showed me what they would have done, and what they will do to fix it.

The exhaust at present is made up of numerous welded pieces of pipework.
What they are doing is a mandrel bent exhaust so it flows better, and should sound smoother and get more power, they're also moving the cats so that they don't get bashed and adding some heat reflective mesh to where the cats will be positioned.

If anything, I think it will be a bit quieter, but should sound a lot better.

Sounds like an essential job & I'm sure you'll notice the difference, not to mention a dash that behaves itself

Yes! The only problem is that it won't be cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for.

They're also going to re-seat my back boxes as they're a bit wonky. Not that noticeable, but my OCD means they need doing!
