********, Matt. I cannot begin to imagine how this must feel for you and the team there. After all the work, split knuckles, hassle and heartache to get SI running and as successful as it was, this is a real crappy ending.

I hope that an alternative opportunity will present itself soon. Very best of luck to you and the SI team for a fast return, a phoenix rising from the fuckery of greed.

That is just terrible news for yourselves Matt, your customers and future customers. It is just amazing that in a short period of time you and the team have become the go to place for all things Maserati and more. You should be so proud of what you have achieved and look forward to see you opening again as soon as is possible.

Bad news indeed - seems to be a thing here in West Yorkshire also , very difficult to find premises for motor trade, many landlords have a complete ban on the trade

Best of luck in finding something

I only recently used your services / met you the once Matt but it was a pleasure, I was more than happy with the work and very impressed by the setup you had there. Knowing that SportsItalia was not far away was a big factor in my decision to buy my QPV and I am very sad for you, your team and the whole community that you are being forced to close.

I wish you and your colleagues the best and I really hope you will be able to setup your business again in the future.

Very sorry to hear this :(

Do they really have a que of other tenants?

Surprising as I though things were tough out there.

Matt, Ash - This is awful news. So sorry to hear your landlord has done this to you. I'll certainly keep a look out for premises around our way and have a chat with a few friends who might know if anything suitable is coming up.

Always welcome to pop round for a beer if you need an ear to chew.

I hope you find new premises, Matt, as there is clearly lots of demand for Maserati/Specialist servicing. Don’t lose the collective Maserati faith.

Dear Matt, Ash and all the guys at SportsItalia. I've enjoyed our conversations, strolling around the workshop, learning about these magnificent cars you work so hard to keep on the road and I've enjoyed the odd danish pastry with you. I've been thrilled for you, seeing the business and its capability grow from the very earliest days in Fair Oaks, before you even had the SportsItalia sign in place.
I feel the pain. Guys have families, but not, now, a place of work.
You've built a tremendous operation, a towering reputation and kept your feet on the ground. This has been and is a glorious part of the Maserati ownership experience for me and many others.
I look forward to seeing you again in new premises before too long. I'll be at the front of the crew bringing you work.

FFS Matt, that's a real shock not just for you but your team as well.

As others have said no doubt you will be back hopefully sooner rather than later

What shocking news - it's unbelievable how you and your staff can be treated this way. We've never met but the excellent reputation of SI spoke for itself, and I hope you manage to get re-established asap.

We arrived on Monday to collect Roary.……the last ramp was being dismantled. A total shock, so sad.
Time does heal and hopefully at a rapid pace. Thanks to the team for all your help and support over the last 5 years.
Wishing for a speedy return.

Just to echo all that has already been said, a shock and great loss to our community.
I just hope you're not out of action too long and you can get up and running again asap.
Best wishes to the staff that relied on the wage, and good luck finding work in the interim.

Hi Matt & Ash, what an absolute shocker, all the best to you and the guys. Hopefully it won't be too long until the Phoenix rises, for sure there will be a long line of ready customers.

Guess I will remain without Aircon for a while, the wheel bearing may present a greater issue come MOT time!

All the best to everyone and never forget what a godsend you guys have been to many of us.
