Rumour has it that this craze of stealing headlights is connected to Cannabis growing as the lights do not give out as much heat,therefore harder for thermal imaging to find the growers.

I remember buying that issue. My parents sold all issues I had along with my collection of original Star Wars comics, 2000ADs and Commando books at a car boot sale when I went to uni.
