Thanks!!!

Was just checking this out! It is so much cheaper than anyone else! Only cost me £26 for 6-10 days!

I had RAC Europe before.

Thanks

Seems to be be ok , I actually got the price wrong it was £36 ish , are you sure that price you got is not for 1-5 days ?

My GF is recovery to the UK. It's instant repatriation and not a wait if the car can't be fixed at a garage. No garage will touch it.

If its the same as mine repatriation is initiated if the car can't be repaired before your return, which as you say is highly unlikely. However this doesn't mean that the vehicle will be returned on the day you leave just that the repatriation process is initiated. It took 3 weeks for may car to arrive back on this service last time but at least they covered all costs including overnight hotels, hire cars, ferry tickets etc.

It is for 6-10days.

I think it is also related to the age of the car. The younger it is the cheaper it is.

Another task complete, Le Mans music. My co-driver and I always set a music challenge

Ordered the Becker iPod cable that goes in the place of the stack CD. Soft Cell and The The are the albums of the moment!

Bring back the 80's

You can plumb in an aux in, but it's a PITA

Loudlink would probably be simpler. Parrot is probably better

Interestingly I had to pay extra on my insurance to cover Europe with Directline.

Otherwise it is only covered for third party! Worth checking!

Also third party cover for unnamed drivers is only available in the UK and not when you are driving in Europe! Just so you are aware.

yes mine cost me £80 as mines over 10 years old . Considering i already pay £300 a year to the AA to cover both cars with parts warranty , i thought it was a bloody cheek

I had a new parrot in my Alfa Brera . The sound quality from it was terrible

Ignoring Newton :) Was it integrated? Wasn't impressed with the one I had that was in a head unit. Sound on the MKi has always been fine. Not HiFi by any stretch, but certainly OK
