So have surveyed ordnance survey maps of the area and transport for London planned roadworks - the travel lodge, whilst not exciting - appears to be a safe bet.
Should be a fun evening

Having worked in the area for some years, I can confirm that ditches (as well as canyons, coyotes, rock falls and tunnels painted onto rocks) are not prominent features. ;)

It’s staggering distance that will be important, and before anyone including @Zep chips in, I need to avoid ditches, holes in the road, uneven surfaces of any description………
I may need a trusted friend to ensure get back safely :D
Can I just say, it wasn’t me before you start asking who got you drunk on Friday

Don't really fancy an hour of drunken stumbling...

But apparently, I can just hop on the 168...

That's Google walking. An arthritic grandmother carrying a piano walks faster than that :)

However I would assert that Euston is not really a nearby Travelodge.

There's one on Waterloo Road and another on Union St (10 minutes max) which are the ones I rather thought you meant

Booked for 15 under my real name (1) from 1730 in the bar area. I imagine I'll be there somewhat before so if you don't know my real name, you can ask me when you arrive ;)

Looking forward to tomorrow night.

Everyone all set, what time are people planning to get there roughly?

You've booked as well? I'd already booked.

The more space the better.
