Thanks Scaf. Brilliant stuff. I got to hear mine and i like it:rofl5: .
The sound of 32s is very warm. I like it very much.
But such disciplined hooning is rarely captured.

Thanks Scaf I enjoyed that, I did pause on 1.11 to have a look at my new wheels, they look good for a German saloon haha great footage and love the sound, might get me a dashcam

I have dash cam in most of my cars and the one in my daily has saved me from insurance claims twice and caught a valet park driver hitting another car !
For the GTS I am planning to push the boat out and get a Thinkware F 750 front and rear system, with parking / movement monitoring........ I normally have the date and speed stamps turned off so such evidence can't be used against me :)

I managed to finally upload the entire drive from Old Orchard to London. All of it. No editing out of the mundane bits. But all in HD :)

Please see it here: https://youtu.be/nUBPBR1Alhw .

Dash cam is Mobius as used for my previous attempts to get the Larini sound across.

Hey, thanks for that, Sommi! I particularly like the first 11 mins when you're following me - actually got to hear a bit of how Myfanwy sounds to the outside world (pretty throaty!). Love that scream from yours.

Always happy to film rears of voluptuous Italians
I found the Tubi note to be very understated but still stood out. It wasn't loud as other setups but kind of suits the QP.
What will you get to replace it?

Could be interested those Mark...let me no if you decide to replace them, back to factory boxes?

I plan to take the car back to standard. I was happy with the sound of my previous (unmodified) Sport GT last year. They are different from the standard QP & Exec GT in that they have an X-pipe in place of the central silencer (see diagram). So they're loud enough for me as standard. I bought the car for its condition and mileage, and the mods don't appeal particularly. I actually like the sound of the Tubis particularly in the low to mid range, and they're not too loud at UK speeds, but I suspect they'll be tiring when crossing Germany at 120mph+. Plus there's the insurance issue. Plus they are worth a lot of money (£2300 inc VAT from Eurospares new).

Was writing my previous reply when you posted. Yes, back to standard. The Tubis are stainless steel and have done 9000 miles only. They look pristine underneath. I reckon they'll clean up like new. I'm hoping for a bit over half the new price to help cover the replacement costs of all the non-standard bits (exhausts, springs & ARBs). Drop me a PM - you're welcome to pop over to have a look/listen. Hitchin's 83 miles from me.

Know what your saying. I have X-pipe with the valves removed for the rear boxes which give me the pop's and crack's (not like Sommi's car) but is still comfortable at cruising speeds. Did look at the Tubi's from Eurospares but Larini's UK offered the best deal
List was £1705 + VAT.....they were happy to supply less the VAT..........good price, still trying to convince myself I need them
