I will send out track passes for all on track or not then you can all park up by the gate...WE will have limited room on the gate this year so cars will have to swap and change....

Hi Everyone
Its me again bruntyjohn ( the twit that puts this all together)
The track will be swept for 8 hours this year on the friday, by A1 cones and there brand new sweeper, i dont know where you got this three lap thing , but it wont change from last year its 1 lap and in , you lot(all the clubs) did nearly £20,000 on the day and that works out at 3,850 laps , that is just increadable , i will put you up in the middle of the pitts this year if you want next to the gtroc club, It will be very busy this year as we have the Top Gear Live Stunt display team in the main areana and the stig's coming back again this year , he was supposed to come for 2 hours last year but stayed nearly all day , now last year he stole a car for the wish gate, and gave some kids the ride of there lives, and they have told me he will be doing the same again this year so keep your camara's handy at 14,00. The airshow is booked and will be a bit differant this year , as its the WW1 100 anarversary we hope to have a dog fight over the show, with the German red baron in his red fokker triplane doing nasty things to two British aircraft, with other displays booked as well, i will send the confirmed list to andy k as soon as its ready , thanks for the t/shirt by the way , i wear it with pride

The three laps was something that one of our gate was thinking about doing for himself, given how busy his AMG63 was. Given also how many cars we have, it may well be sensible for the rest of us to make sure they all get even wear, as it were.

Hi friends

We have attached the confirmed list for this years show , the only difference about entry is we are supporting Lutterworth food bank , and the mayor of Lutterworth and his supporters will be running the entry gate at the show from 06.00am, so we are asking that every car brings in a packet or tin of food for the bank , as we have 3000 cars this we hope will help to fill the food bank for some time. If you intend to book the hotel deal with your families do it soon as its filling fast as the hotel will be full for that night of the 8th august .
