I wonder if it's worth taking orders from any punters who want to buy one on the day? Add a few quid for the fund-raiser. Could be logistical nightmare to handle all the ordering and shipping but perhaps the printer could do that?

Not sure the printer could, but I'm happy to look at the possibility on a best endeavours basis....

Yeah, and that gets quite expensive for a T-shirt which doesn't actually have any relation for most people.

As discussed C...I agree...John puts in a lot of his own time to get this event up and running and as its a free day for anyone on track I think its the least we can do. I'm in.
