Just an update, we had 6 applicants for the three spaces in 2 weeks and nobody queried the price of £100 plus vat so the demand is most definitely there and anyone considering doing it should.

It is a very reasonable price. It does help if it is space that would otherwise be left empty I guess but there are a lot of costs applicants do not always consider that the provider has to bear.

We are about full, purely by word of mouth and I understand that Matt has now filled his spaces. We have another customer car coming next week and are in detail discussions on two other vehicles where we technically only have one space left in the short term (but plans for more soon). So there is most definitely a demand for it and for a whole variety of different reasons for each customer. The words we hear from all of them in terms of what they are looking for though are clean, secure, professional.
