Thanks for the positive comments regarding the pics everyone
(N.B. Just click on the photo of the
9 Maser line-up to see a larger version of it.)
It was good to meet you too
Al. Hope your 'mother' wasn't too annoyed with you for going off gallivanting on Mother's Day! Shame you couldn't stay longer and check out all the cars in the hanger, as they all looked more impressive in there due to the lighting. Regardless, I hope that you had a fab day out with us SCD nutjobs LOL.
Yep, shame you couldn't make it
Blondie. We'll definitely have to meet up at the Silverstone Classic, if not before. ...I feel the need for a 'Love for the MC' feature coming on!
xx
Regarding SCD arranging it on Mother's Day, several people commented on that. It unfortunately meant some members were unable to make it. There were also other SCD members that couldn't make it as it clashed with Goodwood's 72nd Member's Meeting. Hopefully Adam will be able to schedule it for a different time next year (or Goodwood can arrange it around SCD! Te he).
Having said all that, the event was a real success. The quantity and variety of cars in attendance was quite something, and over £3000 was raised for the
Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice
