I saw a silver GS there on Friday doing dream rides, how much fuel did you use over the weekend as I was thinking of joining for next year.

Good to meet you mate, I was there last year too, but only on the Sunday so we must have missed each other then.....:)

Andrew, that was me, did Friday and Saturday... Friday was quiet (Sat and previous Sunday much busier) - used 2 tank fulls I guess all in... assuming nothing comes through the post in the next week or two, it's money well spent!

This EVO magazine gallery includes our stuff, Sporting bears in pictures 1 and 20

48 picture gallery - think i snapped about half of the same cars. Reassuring to see that EVO took an interest in a similar bunch of cars to me. They seem to have missed off the rally prepared Wartburg though. Must be just me.

I always have a great time - NEC and Chomondeley are the highlights, especially Chomondeley, great events - Uses a lot of fuel, but it's for a good cause and it's a buzz taking people out with a real enthusiasm for your car. Be prepared to waste a couple of tanks and scrub a few miles off thee tyres! likewise, you're either doing very little (i.e. slabbering, smoking, or looking at cars) or constantly doing runs - take it as it comes, pick the sunny days and you can't got wrong!
