Sounds like a great trip. Too far ahead for me to commit but I’ll keep it in mind.
I’d suggest there are nicer places on the Costa Brava to stay than Lloret? Begur or Llafranc on the coast? And Girona old town is ace. They’re all on your way.

Edit again: sorry I realise you’re probably picking places to stay where you know there is secure parking at the hotels and I know that can be tricky in smaller places so I’ll shut up with the suggestions.
By the way your £500ph for the ferry / flights / car transport seems like an absolute bargain..

You hand your keys and car over to a good driver with a big truck....then you make your way to Northampton to pick the car up.......

I would say it’s predominantly couples yes. It’s more of a fine dining tour than a Stag doo, well, it has its moments.

It’s a best of tour taking in the best bits of the last 4 annual tours.

Whilst I agree with regarding Lloret centre, but we stay the next cove in a lovely place

So you are renting a car transporter truck and driver for an international one way journey, put all the cars on the truck... impressive I have to say. I’d have thought that costs a fortune, all insured. Even more impressive if that’s within your £500.

How are getting the ferry so cheap? Last time I did a Santander ferry for 2, albeit a return trip, with cabin it was over a grand?

No idea what the road from Stelvio to Bellagio is like but Bellagio-Como is VERY tight in places.
