I’m just planning a couple of trips away and remembered that there had been lots of talk about eToll companies in this post!

I’ve narrowed down and decided to go for Bip n Go. Does anyone have a sponsorship code they wish to share? It’s apparently worth 4€

Hi there, I have Bip&Go. If you DM me your name and email address I can enter them into the sponsorship form on my account and you should receive the code from them.

PS It is brilliant as long as you use a bank account capable of paying directly in Euros (eg a Starling Euro account).

Sounds a good trip - but can't help re pass - we never bothered (but did buy CH vignette - which we never stuck to windscreen just in case - at Austrian boarder, Bregenz, along with Austrian pass - took about 10 mins and good excuse for leg stretch, etc) but then we didn't use many boring motorways.

Hi.. since it has to be linked to a bank account not a credit card.. do people who have it linked have to pay a fee for every time its used or is it just a fee when the bill is settled every month? Ta

You only pay the fee in the month that you use it so if your trip is over a month end then you pay twice. Note that it's more expensive using the tag in Italy and Spain than France.

Is that the monthly fee if used?

I meant more the fee from the UK bank (though was very unclear in my previous post!)

Yes - if used. There’s no fee from the UK bank provided that you have an account which doesn’t charge for Euro transactions. You do need one which has the ability to do Euro direct debits though. I have Revolut but it doesn’t always work and I sometimes just pay it anyway.
