If you ever fancy a short break in Ireland let me know, sure I can find a few Lancia jobs for you ;)
That heater valve was fun down in the footwell of what is a very small car.
Due to great engineering nothing broke like happens easily on modern cars.
Nice to get some warmth into the cabin.
Next a thermostat and that's a unique design again probably the best designed one ever.

This Fulvia Barchetta is up for sale again, failed to sell at a couple of auctions each time not making £20k but now priced at £29,995.

In essence if might be an Italian Group 4 winning car, which would have some value, that has been cut up to recreate the Fulvia Barchettas created in the day, of which there were only 2 or 3. It certainly would be worth more as it was than what it is today and it appears the current owner wants more than the market seems to want to pay - tough sell

Strange, S3 Montecarlo in blue but the the blue doesn't look the correct shade and there weren't many blue Montecarlo's and I didn't think they made any S3 versions but I might be wrong. The Montecarlo came in 4 colours,Green (UK), Orange (Netherlands), Blue (France) and Red (Italy). The vast majority were red which were certainly built in both S2 & S3 versions but the other countries had much smaller build numbers and the only ones I have seen are S2 although I have never actually seen a Green (UK) version.

This is what it should look like, square fog lights, black wing mirror, non opening air lights, HF shell wider arches & HF Lusso interior

My Montecarlo is wrong in many ways although it is a genuine version (with documents to prove), it has period bucket seats, a black dash, magnesium wheels, alloy boot and bonnet (only available on the S1) & round spot lights. Other than the HF bucket seats I have the rest to put it back to original spec but I like it the way it is especially as all the changes seem to have been done in period.
