And Dan has a nice pub a few hundred yards away.

If people don't mind trailing down to the New Forest then am more than happy to go with the flow.

...and don't forget, we have Meridien showroom in the village centre, I am sure we could work that in with the day plus a cruise too maybe.

Has the makings of a top day.

Dan, whatever the cost, £15,£35 or £50 it makes no difference.

I have a link to a hogroast company, think its £600 for a whole hog and £400 for a half. Let me know if you need help.

Seeing as we're away at Le Mans Classics for the British GP how about the German Grand Prix on 20-22 July?

I've just spoken to Louise about this and she was surprisingly enthusiastic about the idea. She's suggested a bouncy castle in the back garden for the little kids (her mum owns a day care nursery and they have a castle that we could borrow) and party food, whilst the big kids (us lot) are in the front garden with the telly and the booze.

There's a load of B&B's in the area for those that didn't fancy camping.

Any other suggestions? Screening of Senna, Love the Beast, etc in the evening perhaps?

Dan I am sure Rachel and th girls will be up for this. The only issue is wether to bring the Maz or get Rachel to drive.

I suppose I could start training her up in the Maz......if I start now, she could just be ready!

The girls seem to have this problem. My young lady loves third gear, drives everywhere in third even when at 6000 revs. That's why I definitely decided on an auto, at least we save a fortune on fuel compared to manual and we do not risk the engine burning out. She is an advanced driver too, not that that seems to mean much??
