I'm thinking of possibly staying, I've a good mate in Whitchurch, Cardiff, but he's just had a new arrival. What time's the trackday start? Is anyone thinking of staying the night after the trackday? It's pretty knackering and I'm not sure whether I can be bothered to drive home 180 miles after it. Not sure I'll be able to get away for two nights unless I bring the Mrs with.

Hi Dicky, no one is staying the night after......but it would great if you caould stay the night before and join us for a meal and drink. Let me know if you want me to book a space at the Italian for you...Chepstow is about 45 mins to an hour from Llandow but thats about right to warm the car up before you get there

Times below for track day..

8.30am Gates open

9.10am Signing on

9.30am Circuit Safety Briefing (will be announced over tannoy system)

10.00am - 5.00pm Track activities

1.00pm - 2.00pm Lunch break

3.15 – 3.30 pm Afternoon break

Just booked the George for Wednesday night. 2hr 20m from my house, so if I leave the office at 5:30 get home and change cars I should be on my way by 6:30 - should be there for 9pm latest or 8pm if there's nothing to hold me up. What time are you thinking of getting some din-dins?

Dan, thats great that you are staying...Meal booked for 8....You can see the Italian from the hotel..its just under the Arch in the fork in the road.........Just come around as some as you are ready and we will keep a place for you.....

For those stayong at the hotel.....

Drive into Chepstow town centre and the hotel is just before the town arch.............The car park is at the back of the hotel.....To get to it you go down the side of the charity shop which is by the side of the George....Go right to the end and there is a barrier to the car park...

If you do not want to leave your pride and joys in the George car park or if the car park is full then I have enough room for 3 cars on my drive way which you are more than welcome to use...I am a 5 /10 min walk from the George so not far.........I'll pm you all my phone number just in case you need it.

All, myself and Liz will walk down to the George at around 7:30 and meet you in the bar....Opposite the bar is a TV with some comfy seats if you aim to be around there then Paranoid Penguin, who hasn't met any of you, will be able come over join you......Hope thats OK......Looking forward to seeing you all again and some new faces..........Cheers, Andy.

Yep, never pushed it this time as it's not an issue...They said it would help but not necassary.....Just means they will have to work a little harder and earn their money....

Bit of a dull day at work today, may well leave early and try to get there in plenty of time to meet you all for dinner.
I've been told that the George is full, even though the on-line system took my booking, so I'm now staying at another hotel 100yds down the road.
I'll make sure I join you all for the convoy to the track in the morning.

Dan, you must be in the Beaufort....The Italian is just up the road before the Arch.......The George is the other side of the arch...Meeting in there at 07:30 if you are about.
