Blondie - Robert (hodroyd) is the lucky man taking the lead in kindly coordinating the hotel aspects and I'm pretty sure there are some rooms left. Otherwise as Outrun says, it's not a single-sex gig. Come one, come all!

If you want to join the trip, first register on the Maserati Centenary thread which you will locate on the forum home page..!! When you have done that, send me a PM with your requirements for room, how many persons and if you will be taking a car (for garaging), I will then allocate a suitable room and register your booking..!!

Just to bump this forward...

OK Chaps,
We are booked in at the: Hotel Real Fini Via Emilia 4* www.hotelviaemilia.it Modena, 1/2 mile from the centre of town and I believe on a bus route.

The dates booked are: 18th. 19th. 20th. SEPTEMBER 2014, INCLUSIVE

We have 1 x Double Rooms, Buffet Breakfast, Wifi and Underground CCTV covered Garage for each car at a rate of: Euro 98.00 per day. Singles if required will be at: Euro 89.00 per day including parking. If you are a single passenger and do not require parking it will be: Euro 80.00 per day.

35 rooms are reserved in total. I now need for you all to confirm if you need a double, twin or a single room, so that I can confirm this with the hotel.

So we are off. If there are any other members who require accomodation not already listed, please let me know now and I will attempt to find accomodation for you.

A deposit will be required of 30% of the total stay - 1 month before we depart..latest, NO DEPOSIT NO ROOM..!!

On behalf of the members who want to attend, I personally have committed my plastic to cover no shows, so if you let me down I will come looking for you..!!:capricorn:

This was discussed at the recent planning meeting, but I have not seen any firm routes put forward as yet, if I do I will try and post them..!!

Indeed, Frank and Newton are in discussions with the route. Once that is done we will then be confirming, sending out insurance waivers and taking a deposit of £100 per person based on 2 per car.

I have produced various routes and will get them loaded on as google links. Im not sure if everyone wants to do the Swiss / Italian Passes, but ive included the ones I think are the better ones and are on route. I am trying to get it reasonably direct.

Just finishing them of and will get together with Newton and then get them on.

If anyone has a particular suggestion or don't want to do some twistys let me know.

surely going that way is far more interesting than going through the flatlands of France. We don't have to do it in one day so logic surely dictates we do something more interesting that the slog through absolutely nothing.....
