Robert...why do you want me to continue beeing a bad boy?? Lots of females here that want to marry me and my 4200 and make me a good, honest family man haha :)

Just to let you know that i'm following the thread. As i told before, i need to know if the centenary trip combines more thatn visiing the mother maserati events. If yes, then i'm in. But i need to have a plan from your side.

There are a couple of Maseratistis here that are interested in joining, but i prefer to make plans with you, cause once in a lifetime i will have the opportunity to drive so close to hodroyd's rear bumper :) OR... hodroyd will have the chance to drive close (??) to my rear bumper... hehehe

Hi Nikos,
OK I get your drift in my rear view mirror Buddy..!! We are trying to make plans for additional trips after Modena and to be honest the large group will probably split in to a small number of groups, some going home, some not. Suggestions are welcome for all to consider and agree on..!! We have a few months to plan further..!!
Cheers

The dates that we are all working to are: 19th to 21st. September 2014 in Modena. We have a hotel and still have a couple of rooms available within our block booking in Modena. We propose to leave the UK on Tuesday morning 16th. September and arrive Modena on Thursday, I hope that helps..!!

It will be more than that Dem, even if you floor it home, it's going take a couple of days from Modena to Blighty and I thought you were staying on a bit to try the love nest that Matt found..!! We will be leaving home on the Monday 15th and staying near Dover, then over the water and off we go..!! The festivities do not finish until Sunday as far as we know and the lady Maserati drivers will want to do something that evening, I'm sure..!!

Lightweight... ;-)

Used to work in Milan - it's 15 hours from there to Leeds in a Citroen diesel. Easily drivable in one day :)

I'll be stopping off, probably, around Northampton on the way down and on the way back. Bit more relaxed. Though as with all good plans, subject to change!

Drew,
Anything is possible, I've done Lisbon from Yorkshire inside 24 hours, but this is supposed to be a break and a holiday, not a marathon..?? If anyone wants to blat it home non-stop then that's their choice, I think most want to enjoy the whole experience..!!

I know Old Bean - but for some another day off work could be make or break for the trip. It's certainly possible to drive back in one go if necessary. Will be for me, but then that's only going to be to near Geneva - about 4 hours should do it :)

I daresay some visitors will be welcome to stop off....
