No so sure. Anyone with some money should be buying up Italian V8’s and dry storing them for a cash in.
I have long believed that after the initial electro rush many will be looking for a weekend toy.
even your run of the mill electro Corsa type superminis will be whooshing to 60 in 3 seconds and how good will it feel in a noisy V8 in a sea of washing machines.
You're right there - Ferrari have now lengthened the front end of the Roma to pop a N/A V12 in as the replacement for the 812 which they are testing now, so they see the value in a proper petrol engine for a special toy
