I'm attending the Race & Retro Show at Stoneleigh Showground Warks,

Went last year & it was a great Event, (Saw JK with his SWB Audi Quattro)

Anyone interested in a Midlands Maserati Meeting?
If we get enough interest we can get exhibitor parking in the Centre Area ?

Let me know your thoughts
Cheers

Would have been nice to get to this as it's not too far away, the weather's looking pretty grim mind you, but sadly I'm otherwise booked this weekend.

Hope it's a good show and enjoyable for those that do make it.

Also popped along to Race Retro, on Friday. I guess it's popular especially because there's nothing much else on in the car world at this time. Much the same as last time. One highlight for me was seeing the Trident Iceni: http://tridentsportscars.com/the-car/94-statistics (nothing to do with Maserati even though some people seem to think so because of the name) and chatting to the bloke who designed the torque multiplier technology it's based on (essentially aimed at trucks, as a fuel saver, and they started out building the car as a demo). Looks much better in the metal than in pics; it's a big car; and so is the performance. And it's a green diesel!! (6.6L V8, huge torque, 0-60 in 3.7…but 70mpg and 2000 miles on one tank of chip fat :) ). About the same price as a GT.
