Gandini…
For anyone who hasn’t seen the series of interviews recorded by Davide Cironi with Gandini ( one interview edited to three vids, I think) one in particular is rather revealing….
So glad Davide goes to the trouble of writing subtitles; & very worth watching. I thought Gandini quite a surprising personality in some ways.. Completely unpretentious, and seemingly oblivious of a legacy that influenced generations of automotive design and culture.
Interesting watch as he puffs on his fags, & reflects on some of the stand out models of his time…

Completed in 1982, the work consists of 60 #cars “studded” in #concrete, forming an 18 meter high tower Comp
It is a work by the American artist, born in France, Armand Pierre Fernandez (1928-2005), known under the pseudonym #Arman.
The work is located at the Chateau de Montcel in Jouy-en-Josas, France.

I admit to having a sooo boring Audi (even more boring as it's in dark grey) - but it's performance is far from boring:cool: (not as engaging as the Spyder tho')

I have had several Audi's over the years last one being an S3 and performance wise it was stunning

(I took it to Italy and back via Germany I think I smiled all the way! Four wheel drive on twisty roads is a sheer joy)

No its the styling, I think the word for it would be 'Teutonic', They need some Italian Stylist in the styling department, that would help!
