We have one of these every year - a chance to escape the family and festivities to talk shite and cars with other SM folk. It's a relaxed affair with some staying all afternoon and feasting, others dropping in for a brief appearance.
The date is Sunday 27th December from around noon. We've been to various different locations over the years and often suffered with poor service or long waits for food. I'm proposing a new venue for this year, one I know very well - The Gate in Chorleywood. https://www.thegatepub.co.uk Nice pub, very accessible, great food, massive car park. I know the manager, so can arrange reserved parking and table space if demand is sufficient.
