I know its a bit premature, but based on the last 2 events , any Idea of how many may be attenting so I can let the hotel know what size of discount to offer us...................Although , as Ros has just reminded me , these people did'nt get rich by giving anything away

just called the hotel, Angela is on holiday for a week. I will call her when she gets back.
But if you guys can check out their website and let me know if this venue is ok for considration.

Spoke to Alfredo, owner of same...La Scala, Sutton Coldfield, no problems currently with abover dates.....reckon on 30 people or so?

Hes going to email me the menus for evening event, will post up and gather a few names over the next few weeks.....hoping Rob can make contact wiuth hotel owner and move things on too

nov il start my winter ski season in the alps but if i work it right it should be do able.
