You ideally want to avoid M25 but whatever ou guys want im up for it!
An easy way to ace is going hampstead as its only 10mins drive to ace max hence more time in pub but if you guys want to meet outskirts thats alright!

Ok as time is running out we will say the Apple tree for lunch from noon, I will be there at 1 pm:

I was going to come along Woddy if I was working out of Bedford this week but the plug was pulled and now in Lutterworth....Shame.
