I know there are some tightwads on here that like to watch a film shot on an iphone with Arabic subtitles on a portable TV

Don't

Give them your money, Le Mans 66 is worth every penny to see it on the big screen

Utterly brilliant , every minute of it

Recently I saw;

Blinded By The Light - Springsteen fan film - was ok

Yesterday - similar but Beatles, stupid storyline but film was engaging enough

See you Soon, so it Goal! with Russian love interest and truly, truly awful, as was Goal! but in a good way.

I paid for none of them, and I wouldn't go to cinema to pay and watch any of them, so I've no regrets, plus I saved some carbon footprint to offset against my V8 allowance.

There are films I've seen that if I'd paid £10 to get in I'd be pretty ****** off about it but £18 a month to go as often as I like no way would I bother downloading a film

I honestly couldn't give a flying **** about my carbon footprint

Just getting ready to walk down to our cinema in Laval to watch it this evening.
Quite excited.

Glad you liked it, interestingly just seen a post from another friend who slagged it off mercilessly - as with all these things I will watch myself and make my own decision.

Just watched once upon a time in Hollywood, missed it the first time round and it's only on once at this cinema, what a bizarre film , I'm a bit speechless

What didn't he like about it , that it was an entertaining film based on fact not a documentary with actors in it.

I found sat in the middle of the back row in our little cinema here in Laval it was amazing the sound especially the only thing missing was the smell of oil and fuel.
A Great Film.
