Don't worry about it Nick; sh1t happens.. If I'd put it on a transporter as soon as it started to knock I would probably have got away with it, if I'd have pre-emptively changed the shells I would definitely have done so.

My problem is of available time...

Got to get some excersice this weekend, so out on the mountain bike on Saturday, fixing the 90 and 164 in between watching the kids play Rugby on Sunday and Kelly in the Varsity 10k in Bristol

Then preparing for a busy week on Sunday night - loads of travel on the horizon!!
