Doesn't said support person get paid to do exactly that job?

Apparently yes but that's not the point, also I need to consider the remote chance that a shape shifting alien might arrive from space who will then morph into a business user and start harvesting customer data - what is my strategy to prevent this?

Once again my response "That there is more chance of the customer services director leaving her laptop on the shop floor unlocked, apparently she had asked said support person to disable the login auto lock feature as she didn't have time to enter her password many times a day"

Just saying

I think I need a coffee too

It's amazing sometimes how certain people manage to wipe their own arses, let alone hang on to a job. Wonkers.

Morning Phil, morning Mart….

Off to Ebbw Vale to lady to start their pay negs. As Gloucester was sorted they have asked me to get involved in the other site. Great….Though that was all done for me this year.

Morning all. Might go for a drive today.

Actually, off to the Cheltenham Festival of Literature with Mrs MM to hear someone talking about something.

Morning all, a client has dumped a £5 million potential contract loss squarely on my shoulders in an impossible timeframe to rescue it! NOT FAIR!!!! Now stressed to breaking point.

Have fun all....

Also, the keyboard backlight has stopped working on my newish Acer laptop this morning. I have pressed the Fn+F8 button (F9 on some models, but not mine) and nothing happens. Any(useful) ideas?

Morning all, be sure to make the most of your day!

I'm off to get the family car serviced, which means working from the MB lounge - free coffee!

Sorry to read that, Newton, and good luck with a calm, fast and harmonious resolution.

This.

WFH today. About a million CV's to read and probably some feathers to un-ruffle.

Have a good one, all

First site is the Potters Arms barely 100m from your door Chris, will be there around 09.30, will be somewhat stressed no doubt.

I've invested in some premium corks Phil, you will be comforted to know.

Let me know if you need coffee. I've got a string of meetings but might work!
