A big thank you from me to Miles for organising the weekend and thanks for those who I met for being welcoming and friendly to a new boy. Unfortunately I was only able to attend the karting and Ace. Thanks also to Loz and Kaz who met me 30 seconds before we became team 7! Following his failed attempt to disorient the leaders with the blown engine cloud, Loz was catching the pack in the final minutes, unfortunately the race then turned into Kamikaze karting and it was ended with a minute to go to prevent major damage! We finished 4th in the event but as we were the top team of three (lost laps due to more changeovers) we considered ourselves as the overall winners!

Why not borrow the Stigs helmet next time...........or indeed join us on the Monte Carlo or bust adventure as it will soon become......theres a TV programme in there somewheres!!!

P
I did bring a helmet Frank, but its a bit modern. I wont make that mistake again!! As for france, I suspect the French Rossers would take one look at my car, and invent a whole new book of traffic offences.

BBQ is a great call, how about at Chateux Urby????

Mentioning his name reminds me of something Dem was ribbing him about at the hotel bar....he want to get a F612 and Dem told him we would call him UrbanScag, hilarious!

Here are the only pics I took. I always do this, plan to document the whole day with loads of pics and once I get my first sniff of the wobbly water, I forget.

As a matter of fact I have. I spent ages outside Dems hotel room on Sunday morning in full bird song. There was no answer so I flew up to the second floor and I had much more success with Matt. I heard the groans of complaint and then a door opened and he appeared. Then I think he said 'go away' or something like that but in the vernacular..... It was lush! He he
