It's a one-off prototype designed by Tom Tjaarda while at Ghia. Its chassis was tweaked by DeTomaso (apparently) and it tested at Le Mans. That wing is adjustable, all the windows are made from plexiglass (apart from the windscreen). It's certainly interesting and you can see hints of Iso Lele, Lamborghini Jarama and others.

Yeah that's the car to buy and get something else too.
I think a HF looks nice in silver.
