Alfa to dump small cars - maybe ?

I have always been one of those people who takes an age to get to like a new model and by then I can either afford one or have fallen apart or rocketed in value (integrale Evo2) . But the Mito... I'm not sure I could ever fall for one even though I drove one across Northern Italy and Switzerland before pranging it. Alfa will continue to make small cars but they need to find some Vroom again I guess....

They'll need to maintain small engines to keep up with Co2 targets. Look at the Aston Cygnet FFS !! Unless they somehow get themselves counted as part of Fiat.

More lack of clarity from Fiat about how it's brands stack up.

I hope this report is true, Alfa should pitched at the Audi, BMW marketplace with Fiat covering the small / medium and Ferrari & Maser covering the luxury territory but until I see it I won't believe it.

I can't see Fiat subsidising Alfa for much longer now they have the Chrysler tie up to deal with....

Best sell I'd say...It didn't do Lamborgini any harm, in fact there better cars nowadays than they've ever been in the past!

Given their tie-up with Mazda, maybe that's their foot hold into Europe manufacturing.
