I would have the manual rather than the sportshift even though change is slower. 4.3 feels slower than my old 4200 but reality is you need to use the revs as torque is not as obvious. 4.7 addressed that to an extent. Pedals feel heavy and a heavy change from the box but I guess it is kind of old school sportscar feel and it does feel as if the whole car is made from granite.
Sitting in it I felt the car wrapped around you. Odd at the start but got used to it. You feel part of the car. Black exterior and interior wouldn't help the claustrophobic feel but it is a common combo on them.
The silver V8 graphic isn't my taste but apparently is considered desirable by some buyers. Newcastle had a very similar car in nearly 2 years ago but was from memory an 05 with over 80k on the clock. They sold it in one week.
Sorry for mild threat drift Robert.
I've not seen the silver graphic on a Vantage before apart from in the USA/Canada as the 2014 N430 was called the GT over there and had the silver strip with GT instead on V8 on it.
Perhaps this car was for sale at another dealer last year as I remember it for the blue leather and low miles.
