Hi folks. First post here, but I recognise a few names from another forum...

I'm on the look-out for a meet-up so that I can hear some Larini back-boxes on a 4200 (I don't feel I can trust YouTube videos before parting with my cash), so I'd be interested in joining in if someone with that configuration will be coming along. On that basis, I'll put myself down to round out the foursome! I'd be coming from South Herts.

Gaydon 2010

1. Duncscot, 04 QP
2. Easyplan66, 4200
3. Noor, QP Sport GT
4. hunta (Andrew), 05 facelift 4200
5.

Scotdunc,

Sorry to dissapoint but mine is only a lowly Sport GT not the GTS.

From the standard one, it has the following major differences;

20 inch wheels.
Revised gearbox software, so the changes are quicker and smoother.
Carbon Fibre interior
Lowered Suspension
Factory x-pipe center section (sounds better)
Stainless steel braided brake lines.
I'm sure there are other smaller changes, which I don't remember off the top of my head.

My Mods

FD DBW
FD ECM
FD wheel spacers
FD Brake Pads
Tubi Rear Exhaust

Mods to do;

Fancy a change from the tubi, I want to go louder but still want to maintain some degree of docurum if I need to, so will be going for the Valved Larini rear boxes, also want to change the CATS, undecided if its the Larinis or the ones from Bertocchi.

Also want to upgrade the brakes, they have never really instilled any confidence in me.

I have recently started to push the car more, and considering some springs.

Finally some AV stuff, I don't have bluetooth in the car nor an ipod connection.

Hopeing to have some of that stuff sorted by the time Gaydon comes round, just need to find the time from somewhere.

Well it still seems to me that youve done quite a bit to your QP noor....... I definately agree with you re: QP brakes, mine never seem to be quite as good as you might expect. Still Ill be interested to compare yours with my standard QP
