I think we've sorted the logistics of child care at home and arranging Margaret's flight into Bristol airport on Saturday and back out again on Sunday - she sounds like a fugitive I know.

Just updating a few of us are arriving on the Friday day time , i think Local lads Marcos and Masersod ( hopefuly Safrane and Sophie) are game for an evening curry and a pint , and if last year was anything to go by food was excellent and company even better, all are welcome to join us ,it'll be a good way to get to know each other

Hi Loz,
Unfortunately things are changing by the minute...
have already been up since 3am...checked in online, been to the airport and then back again!
Have eurostar ticket from brussels to ebbsfleet for today, but will not be able to use it...
Will try again tomorrow, have a flight into heathrow, so fingers crossed.
Am really looking forward to a nice weekend away, and meeting up with the 'italian' mob.
All I can do is keep smiling and hope I (and thousands of others) get lucky.

Weather looks great for the weekend guys atleast friday and sat , have a safe drive down to Bristol anyone who wants to meet up on the Friday night for a curry and a pint , well be in the lobby of the Thistle Hotel on Broad street 6.30-7.00
