Local authority parks dept' = they have had a traumatic few yeas with the main contractor walking out mid contract 18 months ago, they use many agency staff and have a frequent turn over of 'low grade' staff. Anyone's guess but the daft bit is the sets of keys that are handed out and don't get returned, I'm surprised they needed to break in at all!

Morning all. A thousand and one things to do today however, this will be interrupted by taking Joseph to the Docs to get his MMR this morning.
So we're likely to have a poorly boy for the weekend.
I guess that is better than the potential alternative.

What a day!
Joseph definitely didn't like his jabs. Three of the buggers. Never seen him cry like that.
Went back to work and the steering went on the BMW and I nearly crashed into a roundabout, nursed it to the office and called the guys who I bought the car from. Who also replaced the power steering pump under warranty last month.
Initial diagnosis was the power steering/alternator belt had come off. Further diagnosis found that the water pump had packed up.
The good news is that the warranty will cover it. Bit of a result.
I guess it demonstrates one of the plus points of buying from a dealer.

Morning you lot. Last day here. Feeling a tiny bit jaded this morning. Not sure why as we didn't drink *that* much.
Anyway we appear to have beaten Black Friday with the exception of one customer that has two systems. Both connect to exactly the same system at our end. One of their systems is fine. The other is running like a dog. Somehow this is something we must investigate and update them on every 30 minutes. *sigh*
Some light shopping then maybe the gym before late checkout and a flight Saturday pm your time. Have a good one, all

You’re all up and about early this morning. Not me - I’ve not long woken up. It’ll be a bit of a short day and then I’m heading to Buenos Aires overnight and then São Paulo and Rio later in the week. Mrs Crud wondered if I’ll get a Brazilian while I’m there. I didn’t have a good answer.
