I think we found what we want yesterday house wise and are putting an offer in.
Needs some refurb but has the perfect workshop 205 meter square with the same upstairs.
Formerly a Carpenters workshop.
Well under budget so Happy days.

With both our two, as soon as they got it all the local mums piled around to visit with their little ones who hadn't had it yet!

First wake up in new house, happy to still hear an owl hooting now we are back in suburbia, we’ll not really. Walked home from pub last night....funny how little things become firsts again...more moving today in the form of about 100 plant pots, new telly to pick up, oh and my new bar arrives later, it’s all go.......

A belated good morning all. After a bloody good sleep and a lazy lie in I'm giving the Vantage a wash. It needs it. After that I've got some leaves to rake up, a house sign to put up and a new extractor fan which I suspect will be at least 10x harder than it should be.

I’m just back from my new local.
Very hospitable. Small village so it may take some time to be locals. I am not looking forward to a mountain of IKEA furniture for the wife’s hobby room in loft tomo.

Morning all, got another fence to make today. No. 5 needed rescuing last night following a rugby coach trip and much partaking of dirty pints etc. I’m chuckling as he gradually recalls bits of the day/night.
