Spoke to Loz for an hour yesterday, he was unaware of it and says as its so close he will probably show up.

I have also just texted SimonM too as he has been to every one so far (how many is that now, 3 or 4?)

How does everyone want to handle the payment for the food?

I've paid a deposit of £10.00 per diner already, so...

We can divvy it all out on the night, but that could get awfully messy with so many of us?
I could take pre-payment for the food, leaving just the drinks and tip to sort out on the night?
I could take full pre-payment for the food, drinks and tip, though I'd need to come up with a rounded up general price per diner based on food and drink preferences.

Not fussed which, but just let me know what you think.

I reckon that if everyone lists their food preferences each diner will get their own bill. Drinks and tip settled separately on the night. Otherwise, as Dem says, it could get tricky regarding the drink tab.
